Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your best chance to make a positive impact on buyers before they step foot into your house. The positive and negative features that jump out at buyers form their initial perception of your house and how you perform home's regular maintenance.
Knowing this helps us to decide what plan of action we can use to entice buyers from the street and into your home. If your house isn't the best it can look on the outside with refreshed paint and bright greenery it's time to get those things done. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and elevate your house's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Does your home seem to say, "This is Your Next House" to a buyer? Examining your home with a buyer's eye, I'll advise you of fixes that improve market appeal.
I'll suggest that you take away anything that gives the look of clutter. Tabletops should be free and clear. Arts and crafts, sentimental items, family photos, and kids' works of art should get stored away too. I can help you de-clutter your house. Ugly or dirty spots make your home seem less spacious and buyers have a harder time picturing themselves living there.
I know instantly where a room's best features are and how to show them off. I'll note the pieces of furniture that should be put in storage, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, carpet needing to get changed, fixtures that could use shining, and any other improvement that can quickly be made to positively influence the sale.
Potential buyers want to see a home that charms them. Items that could be uninviting should be removed in order for your house to impress buyers to buyers.

Setting the Stage
You'll know when to show your home, because all of the improvements mesh together to create a picture of what buyers can expect when they consider buying your house. Brightness is critical and we'll draw back curtains, and add lighting where needed to show off your house. Together we'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music playing lightly and ensure a nice fragrance circulates room-to-room. We'll add cozy-looking throws, and pillows on your sofa and bed. Buyers should feel like your current home has the potential to be. |
